In an inline filling machine containers travel on a linear conveyor through the machine. This example shows the most common arrangement where successive groups of stationary containers are located below a bank of descending filling nozzles. Volumetric and level filling systems are commonly used. Similar arrangements for handling containers are also used with weigh and count filling systems.
